AM Webinars

The IPWEA Asset Management webinars are recommended for elected and staff members that are new to asset management and manage community infrastructure.

Content is drawn from some of the key principles of the seminal asset management “bible”, the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM), and the International Standard on Asset Management, the ISO 55000 series.

The webinar will provide an overview of the basic objectives of asset management and considers lifecycle asset management activities, infrastructure risks management, and sustainable service levels.

The result will be new skills and a stronger understanding of the intent of Asset Management, which they can use to enhance how their organisation conducts its business.
