Frequently Asked Questions

A digital badge is an online representation of your IPWEA membership that verifies your professional status in real time. It includes metadata such as your name, the credential issuer (IPWEA), and the date of issue.

All current IPWEA members are eligible, including Individual, Corporate, Young, and Retired members. Each membership category will have its own verified badge design.

You’ll receive an email from Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions to claim your badge. Follow the prompts to create an account and start sharing your credential.

No. IPWEA provides digital membership badges free of charge as a benefit of membership.

Log in to your Credly account and click “Share”, then choose LinkedIn. Your badge will appear in the “Licenses & Certifications” section of your profile — automatically verified and linked back to IPWEA.

Yes. You can download a static image of your badge or share it as part of a printed resume, business proposal, or tender submission.
