The Road Safety Audit Portal is a place where Road Safety Auditors can gain accreditation and maintain the currency of their accreditation.
The portal provides online training and certification for Road Safety Auditors and enables continuing professional development and maintenance of audit reports and training records.
This is a vital training resource for people involve in the treatment of crash locations for programs such as the Federal and State funded Black Spot programs in Western Australia. This training must also be successfully completed to be eligible to apply for accreditation as a Road Safety Auditor in Western Australia.
The online Road Safety Audit Course consists of 23 interactive, easy to navigate modules and includes a half day practical module that covers all the knowledge and competencies required to be eligible to apply for accreditation as a Road Safety Auditor in Western Australia.
The IPWEA WA Awards for Excellence provide a great opportunity for the public works sector and local government to showcase individual contributions to the growth and wellbeing of the Institute, excellence in significant engineering projects, and innovative practices in traffic safety management.
Nominations are accepted throughout the year and awards are presented at the Sate Conference Gala Dinner.
