How It Works

IPWEA has partnered with Credly, a global leader in digital credentialing, to issue and manage your membership badge.

  1. Receive Your Badge Invitation
    When your IPWEA membership is confirmed or renewed, you’ll receive an email from Credly inviting you to claim your badge.
  2. Create Your Credly Account
    Follow the link in your email to set up your Credly account using the same email address registered with IPWEA.
  3. Accept and Share Your Badge
    Once accepted, you can download your badge image, share it directly to LinkedIn, or embed it in your email signature, website or digital CV.
  4. Keep It Current
    Your badge reflects your current membership status and will automatically update if your membership changes.

A digital badge is an online representation of your IPWEA membership that verifies your professional status in real time. It includes metadata such as your name, the credential issuer (IPWEA), and the date of issue.

All current IPWEA members are eligible, including Individual, Corporate, Young, and Retired members. Each membership category will have its own verified badge design.

You’ll receive an email from Credly (admin@credly.com) with instructions to claim your badge. Follow the prompts to create an account and start sharing your credential.
