NAMS+ Maturity Assessment – Free to Non-Subscribers

ISO 55001 requires organisations to “evaluate and report on, the effectiveness of the asset management system”.  Undertaking a Maturity Assessment is the best way to compare current and desired asset management practices to identify improvements that are required to achieve the desired management system.

And so, for a limited time only, we’re giving free access to the NAMS+ Maturity Assessments to non-subscribing organisations.*

There are currently four types of Maturity Assessment tools available in NAMS+:  IIMM, ISO, NAF, and FCM. Find out which tool is right for you:

The International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) AM maturity assessment tool looks at the gap between current and target or appropriate levels of asset management maturity in accordance with the International Infrastructure Management Manual.

The International Standards Organization (ISO) maturity assessment tool uses a series of questions that have been developed around asset and financial management maturity competencies aligned to the ISO 55001 Standard.

The National Assessment Framework (NAF) maturity assessment tool was developed by IPWEA and evaluates progress with implementing the elements of the Local Government and Planning Ministers’ Council (LGPMC) Financial Sustainability Nationally Consistent Frameworks.  Although developed for Australian local governments, it provides a general level of asset management competency required for any organisation providing services from infrastructure.

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ (FCM) maturity assessment tool helps local municipalities in Canada measure progress on asset management in accordance with the Asset Management Readiness Scale.

*Access during this promotion is valid for non-subscribing organisations and available until 31 Jan, 2022.
