Election process: I hereby give NOTICE that at the close of expressions of interest at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 2nd October 2012, 8 valid nominations had been received for the 6 vacant positions on the Board of Directors of the Association.
In accordance with the constitution, it is therefore necessary to conduct a Postal Ballot to fill the vacancies.
The order of candidates on the ballot paper has been determined by ballot. Voting papers are being posted to members on 5 October 2012.
The result of the ballot will be declared at the Annual General Meeting to be held from 12:30 pm on Friday 7 December 2012 at the Belair Park Country Club.
