Richard: Good afternoon
I am currently investigating options regarding just-in-time parts supply for our Mechanical workshop. I would like to set up a contract for our preventative maintenance program where a supplier would receive our service schedule and supply the required parts the day before service.
Has anyone previously or currently had such an arrangement in place? I am looking at developing a scope of work for an RFQ and would appreciate any assistance.

Marc: Hi Richard,
This is a great idea. I know Dubbo Council use a similar system which works really well. Here's a contact.

Shane: Hi Richard
I know Bundaberg had a good system working with Repco in the past.
Check in with Craig Doyle at Bundy (Mobile: 07 4130 4591).
Jason Trembath (Mobile: 0459 391 302). Might be a good start.
A few others also offer similar service: Bursons Auto Parts, NAPA, etc.
