IPWEA Fleet Management Certificate goes from strength to strength

As we publish this edition of FLEET intouch, we have just welcomed our second intake for the new IPWEA Fleet Management Certificate. It is very encouraging that both Course 2021/1 that commenced in February and the current Course, 2021/2, have been very well patronised with high participation numbers, but perhaps more importantly high completion rates.

The compelling benefit of the IPWEA Fleet Management Certificate is its focus on practical, real-life knowledge and skills required by fleet practitioners to do their job effectively and efficiently. The course covers six discrete areas of fleet management that takes the student from analysing needs and financial aspects through procurement, maintenance, and customer engagement to regulatory compliance.

The Fleet Management Certificate has fixed intakes throughout the year and is completed over an approximate 3-month period. Multimedia materials are provided through an online Learning Management System and students are supported with live online training and experienced mentors.

Students continue to talk about the practicality of the course and its ability to be readily applied in the workplace. On successful completion students are awarded an industry recognised certificate. Also, IPWEA now issue a digital badge meaning graduates can promote their skills and qualifications on platforms like LinkedIn providing a point of differentiation for career development.
