Ross Goyne will be taking on the role of Standards Australia Mirror Committee MB – 019 (ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards) for IPWEA.
Goyne has more than 30 years’ experience in asset management working as a consultant and within local government and is a past president of IPWEA.
“This a very important role as it provides insights that will guide future training and publications,” said David Jenkins, CEO of IPWEA Australasia.
Goyne replaces Peter Way, director of the IPWEA National Asset Management Strategy Group, who has been a committee member since 2010.
“I also take this opportunity to thank Peter for his considerable time, effort and commitment. He is also a past president of IPWEA and his contributions have been significant. He is highly respected amongst the membership and profession and has created an excellent platform for IPWEA and Ross to take forward.”
