More than 100 IPWEA Divisional award winners from New South Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia are finalists in the biennial IPWEA Australasia Excellence awards, to be presented at the Komatsu Grand Platinum Dinner on Wednesday 28 August 2019 at the stunning Wrest Point Casino.
IPWEA Divisions' celebrate excellence in public works projects annually at their individual presentations, with finalists given the chance for Australasian recognition at the international event. The award categories give local and state government entrants the chance to showcase large and small projects demonstrating unique problem-solving challenges, cost savings, risk-prevention measures, technical innovation and community benefit.
The IPWEA Australasia Awards for Excellence is held every two years in conjunction with the International Public Works Conference. The next
International Public Works Conference will be held in Hobart 25 - 29 August 2019.
