Feedback wanted on AS 1152 and AS 2876

Standards Australia has identified IPWEA as a relevant stakeholder impacted by the withdrawal of AS 1152-1993 Specification for test sieves and AS 2876-2000 Concrete kerbs and channels (gutters) – Manually or machine placed.

If relevant stakeholders consider AS 1152 and AS 2876 to be technically up-to-date, Standards Australia can ‘re-confirm’ the document. This is appropriate when the document reflects current practice and can be renewed (reconfirmed) without any changes to its content.

We want to know if you support the re-confirmation, and if so, advise on the importance of the documents to your organisation.

It should be noted, withdrawn documents are not removed, and are still available for purchase and use, and can still be referenced in a regulatory framework and/or contractual arrangements.

If you would like to provide relevant feedback, please contact Robert Fuller, robert.fuller@ipwea.org.
