Lifelong learning and continuous professional development are part of the corporate lexicon – and for good reason.

If we don’t keep up with trends and development in our industry we fall behind. Beyond that, there is a satisfaction that comes from being informed and engaged in our vocation. Training and professional development are core parts of IPWEA’s mission and we always look at how we can meet the needs of the industry.

This year’s series of Plant and Vehicle Management one-day workshops is no different. The program has been specifically designed to cover topics of critical importance to fleet practitioners including; Chain of Responsibility reform, off-road diesel emission standards, reducing vehicle electrical faults, understanding fleet costs and more. Of course, the workshops provide a great opportunity to catch up with others in the fleet industry and share challenges and solutions. More information on the workshops can be found here.

And, planning for the 2018 IPWEA Australasian Fleet Conference is well underway! Building on the success of the 2017 Conference the 2018 event will include a program packed with relevant and informative presentations, exhibitions, networking events and a field trip. The conference will be held 19-21 March 2018 at the Royal Pines on the Gold Coast. Put it in your diary now!
