IPWEA are pleased to announce that Timothy Fitzgerald, Fleet Director DC Water and Sewerage, will be a keynote speaker at the IPWEA Australasian Fleet Conference in Brisbane on the 23 – 25 May 2017.

Tim has a broad experience in the management of fleet management operations, fleet workforce management, vehicle technologies, enterprise network operations, telecommunications, senior management consulting and computer operations. He has worked in various settings such as: DC WASA, District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), Harris County, Texas, City of Philadelphia and Atlanta, Georgia.

Tim will be presenting on using data to make informed decisions. This case study will demonstrate how data is used to make objective decisions that add value to the organisation and will cover implementation, tailoring a system to meet organisational requirements and what to measure to make informed decisions.
