Fromer IPWEAvic Board Member and Trustee of MEFvic David Powell has passed away. He was the current incumbent at City of Boroondara as Director Environment and Infrastructure and a former CEO at Baw Baw Shire. The local
Warragul Citizen Newspaper describes him as a quite, thoughful, gentle man who had a focus on people. David was very much part of the IPWEAvic community and our sympathy goes out to his wife, Fiona, and his three children.
