Ross Goyne was awarded the MEFvic Engineering Excellence Award at the 2013 IPWEAvic Awards for Excellence Gala dinner on 20 March 2013 at the Hotel Windsor.

Ross has had and continues to have a distinguished career in local government engineering.  His service to the sector continues in his role as a leading consultant in asset management where he continues to guide a large number of councils as they progressively move to better practice in asset management.

Ross has presented numerous papers on the topic at State, National and International Conferences (2012 IFME Conference).  He is always available to assist the sector in responding to the challenges, including travelling extensively at a national level.

His service to the sector extends to his long term commitment to IPWEAvic, where he has served as a State Board member and treasurer for in excess of a decade, including during the resurection of IPWEAvic as a stand alone entity.  Ross has also served as an IPWEA National Board member which further demonstrates his commitment to local government engineering.

Congratulations Ross!
