The IPWEA Asset Management Pathway has been designed with 3 levels of learning - Foundations, Build and Recognise levels each featuring courses that are fast becoming the industry standard in training for asset, fleet and infrastructure focused professionals.

With no prerequisites to any of the courses, you can start your training at any level and start building your Asset Management capabilities that benefit your career and your organisation, or you can link courses together to seek recognition under the WPiAM Global Certification Scheme.

This best-in-class training pathway is underpinned by the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) and IPWEA’s other highly regarded publications.

All IPWEA Asset Management Pathway courses have recently been refreshed to reference the updated ISO55000 series international standards for Asset Management with the release of revised versions of ISO55000 - Vocabulary, overview and principles, 55001 - Asset management system — Requirements & TS 55010 - Guidance on the alignment of financial and nonfinancial functions in asset management.

IPWEA Education Pathway recognised by World Partners in Asset Management Global Certification Scheme

The World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM) have once again recognised the completion of two IPWEA Asset Management Pathway courses listed below, as satisfying the knowledge requirements equivalent to the Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA2) certification. This certification is in alignment with the latest editions of the ISO International Standards in Asset Management.

This enables IPWEA AM Pathway participants to leverage their educational achievements, to make an application for CAMA2 equivalency, the Certified Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM) designation, or the Certified Senior Principal in Asset Management (CSAM) designation via the Global Certification Scheme.

Asset Management Foundations was recently endorsed by the World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM) Global Certification Scheme, meeting the requirements for the WPiAM Awareness in Asset Management Certificate.
