Course Overview

This course aims to help organisations develop a practical and customer-focused performance management framework.  It outlines the basic principles and concepts, and includes a series of workshops to get practitioners started on a basic framework.  Methods of engaging and consulting with customers are discussed and compared. 


Course Objectives

Following this course attendees will:

  • Understand levels of service and the relationship with other business processes
  • Be able to make the linkages between strategic outcomes and the levels of service delivered by the organisation
  • Have an overview of a number of consultation techniques suited to levels of service discussion with customers/stakeholders
  • Have the skills to develop meaningful levels of service and performance measures for your organisation
