I would be interested to receive feedback or details relating to the vetting process used by other Councils for engineering approvals. To clarify this is post development approval but prior to any starting on site. This relates to when the Developers Rep submits detailed design drawings for Council approval for roads and services etc. Does anyone have a check list or formal vetting process to ensure the submitted information is complete?
