The High Potential Professional learning pathway is designed to provide breadth of knowledge relevant to experienced engineers who are advancing in their career either through a management or technical specialist path. It is well suited for mid-career professionals.
SENIOR LEADERSHIP
The Senior Leadership learning pathway is designed to provide breadth of knowledge relevant to professionals in senior management or leadership positions.

MEN IN ENGINEERING
The Men in Engineering pathway aims to provide breadth of knowledge and skills cited as being most impactful in supporting the professional development of men working in public works engineering.

WOMEN IN ENGINEERING
The Women in Engineering learning pathway is designed to target skills and knowledge cited as being most important by women working in public works engineering.
