AM 101 - Introduction to Asset Management
This course uses section 1 of IIMM framework and AM Basics handbook to introduce Asset Management principles and key concepts to managers and staff who are new to the process.

AM 101 provides learners with a general understanding of what Asset Management is and why we practice it.

AM 202 - Understanding Requirements (required: AM 101).
This course follows AM 101 - Introduction to AM.  It draws from Section 2: Understanding Requirements of the IIMM framework and AM Basics handbook to enable Asset Managers to understand what services should be delivered by the infrastructure assets that they manage. This badge provides learners with an understanding of how the strategic context they are operating influences asset management.

AM 204 - Asset Management Enablers (Required: AM 203)

This course follows on from AM101: Introduction to asset management, AM 202: Understanding Requirement, and AM 203: Lifecycle Planning.  It uses Section 4: AM Enablers of the IIMM framework to give Asset Managers an understanding of the systems, tools and resources that need to be in place to manage infrastructure assets effectively.

This badge provides learners with an understanding of the importance of organisational resources that need to be in place to facilitate effective infrastructure asset management.
