Roundtable Discussions

The Roundtable Discussions will be a highly interactive session designed to give delegates the chance to connect, share, and learn from one another. Unlike traditional presentations, the roundtable format encourages open discussion and collaboration, creating an environment where fleet practitioners can compare experiences and exchange practical insights on the most pressing issues facing the industry in 2026.

By engaging in real-world conversations facilitated by experienced fleet leaders, delegates will leave with practical ideas, fresh perspectives, and stronger connections to support their own fleet strategies.

Facilitated by members of the IPWEA Fleet Council, these discussions will focus on how organisations are addressing current challenges and managing strategic initiatives. Topics will include the impact of new emissions standards, the role of alternative fuels and electric vehicles, strategies for improving utilisation, and how data and technology are reshaping fleet decision-making. With the rapid pace of change, the roundtables provide a unique opportunity to hear what’s working for others and what pitfalls to avoid.

Delegates will also be encouraged to bring their own questions and challenges to the table, gaining perspectives from peers who are tackling similar issues across local government, utilities, construction, and corporate fleets.
