The Streets Opening Coordination Council (SOCC) is a not-for-profit industry association that has been serving the interests of road authorities and utility asset owners for over 115 years by fostering coordination of their street works, promoting best practice standards, and minimising the impact of their activities on the natural and built environment. SOCC is the peak industry body for collaboration between its member organisations which include utility asset owners from the power, gas, telecommunications, water/sewer sectors as well as road authorities and advocate associations.
