Registration Procedures

All prices listed on the website exclude GST and are in Australian Dollars. When you click through to register, the price will automatically include GST.
Ensure you have read and accept the Registration Conditions listed below.
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Registration Categories

Super Saver Registration - To be eligible for this registration rate, you need to register and pay by 30 June 2026. Each super saver registration includes the two days of the conference and a ticket for the social function.
Early Bird Registration – For all full registrations received from 1 July 2026 to 23 September 2026. To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received before the cut-off date. If payment is not received within this time, late rates will automatically apply. Each registration includes the two days of the conference and a ticket for the social function.
Standard Registration - For all full registrations received from 24 September 2026 to 21 October 2026. Each registration includes the two days of the conference and a ticket for the social function.
Member Registration – This rate is available for IPWEA Australasia members who are financial at the time of registration.
International Registrations – Available for anyone not residing in Australia at the time of the conference.
Day Registration – For delegates who are only able to attend one day of the conference, there is a “Day Registration” rate available. Due to strict insurance considerations, ‘shared’ registrations are NOT allowed.

Registration Terms and Conditions

All international bank transfer fees are to be at the cost of the delegate. Full registration fee owing must be paid.
Refunds and Cancellations: All cancellations must be made via email to admin@ipwea.org. Registration fees will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee prior to 22 September 2026, after which the following applies: no refund will be issued within 30 days prior to the commencement of conference. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration.
