Road Safety Seminar

There are two main components to Road Safety: behavioural and engineering, with the latter forming an important part of the role of Local Government engineers. IPWEA Queensland has a strong interest and involvement in road safety by being a partner with TMR and LGAQ on Strategic Planning Steering Committees for the development of Road Safety Strategies and Plans by Councils. The Road Safety Seminar has been developed by our Board road safety representative, Jason Deller and reflects current issues, best practice and case studies. To kick off the day, the Roads Alliance will be holding its Regional Road Group Technical Forum from 8.30 am - 11.30 am
