NHVR have released two easy to use reference charts for heavy vehicles.

The first, Heavy Vehicle Configurations, provides a pictorial representation of the heavy vehicle, a description and associated mass and dimension information. The Common Heavy Freight Vehicle Configurations chart can be found here.

A second chart, Classes of Heavy Vehicles is also available and presents which vehicle types fit into each heavy vehicle class defined under Heavy Vehicle National Law. The chart provides a graphical representation of the vehicle, a description and associated definitions. The Classes of Heavy Vehicles chart can be found here.
