For those of you interested in the ongoing development of the ISO asset management standards, Technical Committee 251 recently held its fourth meeting in Brisbane, Australia.
Despite some disruption from Cyclone Debbie, good progress was made on the revision of ISO 55002 and developing new technical specifications and standards on issues like guidance on the alignment between asset and financial management and developing government policy on asset management.
