The Streets Opening Coordination Council (SOCC) is the peak Australian industry association for promoting collaboration, coordination, and best practice standards of road works involving multiple agencies for the benefit of the community. SOCC is a national organisation governed by a national Board that has representation from each of its state chapter committees. SOCC instigated the development of a cloud-based solution, known as iWORCS, for streamlining the alignment of capital works schedules across multiple agencies.
