Refunds and Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing (via email) to the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) at firstname.lastname@example.org
Substitute delegates can be nominated and accepted with no additional fee.
Registration fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee if received up to two weeks prior to the first day of the event. No refund is payable due to delegate withdrawal following this date.
If due to Government restriction relating to COVID-19 the conference can not proceed on the planned dates, the conference will in the first instance be postponed to a future date. If the alternate date does not suit the registered delegate a full refund will be provided.
If an alternate date for the conference is not able to be established a virtual event will be held in its place. Delegates will receive a refund of the difference in cost between the conference registration fee and the virtual event fee. Alternatively, the delegate may request a full refund.
Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting your registration, you are agreeing to these conditions.
