G'day all,
Our Development Engineering Unit is located within the Council's Planning Department.
As a result, a great deal of pressure is placed on the planing side (DA & CC time frames) of our tasks rather than the resultant performance of the assets created through developments.
Can others advise if they have an understanding or agreement from Management that considers asset performance/safety as well as meeting approval timeframes?
