Leadership Programs

The Engineering Program has been created to develop the technical skills of public works practitioners in supervisory or co-ordination roles, whilst the Management Program has been created to develop the business skills of public works practitioners in or seeking management roles.

Each Program comprises six, full-day face-to-face sessions at locations around Melbourne and runs from April to September 2017, concluding with a Certificate Presentation Dinner on 12 October 2017.

Everyone surveyed after the 2016 Programs said they would recommend them to a colleague, so don’t miss these opportunities to enhance your skills for the ‘whole role’ of the contemporary engineer...see for more information.
