Itinerary
Participants will drive to Murray Bridge and then the tour will proceed via bus. A buffet lunch is included in the ticket price.

We will begin the day by meeting at the Adelaide Road Linear Park Truck Drivers Memorial to take in the newly completed town entrance transformation

Board the bus and continue down Adelaide Road to the Murray Bridge Swimming Centre which recently underwent refurbishment and upgrades

Next we make our way to Sturt Reserve and the Regional Rowing Centre Restaurant, 1924, for a welcome by Councils Mayor and CEO and a short presentation followed by morning tea

Now we take a look around Sturt Reserve with a focus on the recently completed Recreation Precinct and works that are currently underway within the History and Tourism Precinct as part of our Sturt Reserve Master Plan

Let’s take a stroll up to the Bridgeport Hotel and enjoy a buffet lunch included in the cost

After lunch will again board the bus which will take us for a cruise down Swanport Road. There we will take in the work that has been completed as part of the Swanport Road Master Plan and also visit the SA Water Pump Station 33

Now we head to the other side of Town to check out Temora Way which Council constructed to support the new Thomas Foods International Facility

After a busy day the bus will drop you back at the Adelaide Road Linear Park where we will say our farewells
