REG has been supporting the transport sector for several years now. Shifting from its initial focus to support quality improvement and culture change, REG has built a number of tools that support the transport sector measures it’s performance. Some tools directly relate to individual RCAs, others data quality and more recently supporting our people through the asset management competencies framework, a process that can be transferred across all assets.
REG is going to be around for the long game. Using the REG tools may support your longer term outcomes.
This is the first in a series of short Kai and Korero branch meetings which can be attended in person or via zoom. I’m keen to try a different format, given the current uncertainty about alert levels and large spread of members across the Wellington and Taranaki region, so zoom will be offered for every meeting.
The format of the Kai and Korero will be 12-12.40pm over lunchtime, with a 30 minute technical presentation, 10min of Q&A, branch update and then a chance for networking.
