Making Effective Infrastructural Decisions LIVE online - 2 x 3 hour sessions

This course will run as two online sessions on 19 and 20 May from 9.30am to 12.30pm

This workshop are usually delivered face to face in one day, however for live online training, we have restructured it to be completed in 2 x 3 hour sessions.


Course overview

This seminar provides guidance on how to develop and implement a risk management and decision making frameworks process appropriate to the organisation.

The course takes the attendees through the concepts and theory of each stage of the decision making approach and uses workshop sessions to apply the theory to an example problem.


Course objectives

At the end of this course, attendees will know how to:

  • Establish a risk management framework and risk register.
  • Identify and prioritise risk treatment options.
  • Identify a range of possible decision techniques for solving an asset management problem.
  • Select and apply the appropriate technique to choose the best solution.
