This is a 2-day face-to-face course
About this Course
This two day course is for people with contract management experience; either those who are currently in the role of Engineer to the Contract or those who aspire to this role.
This course covers the complex dual 'role' of the Engineer in the administering contracts let under NZS 3910, and is designed as a more advanced course to follow-on from IPWEA’s Engineer’s Representative and Contractor’s Representative course, although that is not a pre-requisite.
This course explores the subtleties of the roles, in relation to instructions, interpretation, certification, time, cost and quality decision making and for responses to claims and disputes. Comprehensive notes are provided for future reference.
Knowledge is bedded-in using exercises, case studies,a multi-choice test and group work on practical examples.
Please register early to avoid disappointment, course is limited to 20 participants.
This is one of IPWEA NZ's most popular courses, presented since 2004.
