Learning Objectives
This course builds on the first AMP for Parks and Comm Facilities course and is designed to help move organisations towards industry best practice. The training is based upon the IPWEA - NAMS series of guidelines, and their application to recreation assets and open spaces. This course covers:
  • developing and consulting on meaningful levels of service options
  • incorporating resilience and sustainability into facility planning
  • multi-criteria analysis of parks projects
  • valuation of recreation and open spaces assets developing
  • implementing an asset management improvement plan

Intended audience
This advanced course will help lift asset management skills to the next level. It is designed for individuals involved in the planning and management of recreation facilities and open spaces, in the public and private sectors, including parks managers, recreation planners and parks asset officers.

  • Non-members: $595.00 ex gst ($684.25 inc GST)
  • Members: $535.50 ex gst ($615.83 inc GST)
