2021 AECOM IMNZ Young Leader Award

AECOM and IMNZ (Institute of Management NZ) jointly provide this Young Leaders Award. To qualify, you must be a current member of IPWEA NZ and be employed in an organisation that owns or is involved in the management of public works infrastructure assets. Applicants for the Young Leaders Award must be 40 years of age or less on 31 December 2021. The prize for the winner is 12 months of formal leadership coaching through IMNZ.

The Young Leaders’ Award objectives are to develop future leaders and, promote continuing education for IPWEA NZ Members.
This Award provides the opportunity for an IPWEA NZ member to develop the skills and expertise necessary to enhance their senior management and leadership capability.
