This two day course is designed to introduce fundamental project management principles and techniques for specific applications to local government related work. The course is appropriate for all local government staff (works officers included) who are interested in the successful planning, implementation and evaluation of project work. Participants are encouraged to bring along their own laptop or tablet to enhance their learning experience.Presenter Details - Ann MorrisAnn holds a Master of Education and Diploma of Project Management and has over thirty years’ experience in delivering training to government and corporate organisations. She specialises in leadership, change and project management and has also delivered programs in policy and procedure writing, tender writing and change management to local government across NSW. Ann has managed projects in events, community economic development, asset management and environmental sustainability.
