Manage a Local Government Project - Dubbo 19 & 20 July 2018

This two day course is designed to introduce fundamental project management principles and techniques for specific applications to local government related work.  The course is appropriate for all local government staff (works officers included) who are interested in the successful planning, implementation and evaluation of project work.


Participants are encouraged to bring along their own laptop or tablet to enhance their learning experience.

Presenter Details

Peter has Peter has over 40 years experience in all facets of engineering including investigation, design, construction and maintenance of civil, structural, hydraulic and public health engineering; traffic engineering, asset management and project and contract management. Peter is currently Director of Cassilles Civil Pty Ltd which has been established for 10 years with clients including Camden, Woollahra, Lane Cove, Manly, Holroyd, Waverly and North Sydney Councils. His company specialises in Project and Contract management. Prior to this enterprise he was employed as Deputy Engineer at the now amalgamated Drummoyne Council and Director of Works at Wollondilly Council. In addition he has also worked in private enterprise for 4 years between these two (2) appointments.
