    The objective of this competition is to give younger members of the roading industry the opportunity to prepare a short presentation and paper of topical interest and present at one of the seminars of the Road Engineering Assn annual Roadshow and in so doing gain valuable experience. ------------------------------------------- Angela Booth IPWEA NZ -------------------------------------------
