Intro to Asset Management - Webinar

The Introduction to Asset Management webinar is recommended for elected and staff members that are new to asset management and manage community infrastructure.

Content is drawn from some of the key principles of the seminal asset management “bible”, the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM), and the International Standard on Asset Management, the ISO 55000 series.

The 90 minute webinar will provide an overview of the basic objectives of asset management and considers lifecycle asset management activities, infrastructure risks management, and sustainable service levels.
