Information session on the FBT Exemption for EVs and PHEVs

When:  Feb 23, 2023 from 11:00 to 12:00 (ET)

In December 2022 the Federal Government enacted the Electric Car Discount Bill. This legislation makes zero or low emission cars exempt from Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT). It applies to battery electric vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and plug-in hybrids (PHEV) and is meant to encourage companies and local governments to adopt more electric vehicles into their fleets.
