    Hi All,

    I am currently looking at procurement of GPS Tracking/Telematics for our fleet, and I am looking for any information that you have on how you procured a similar system?

    The hardware side of it is pretty straight forward, but the thing is you need to be sure on your deal and agreement for the ongoing access to the system, as inertia will mean it is unlikely you will change in the future.

    How have you structured your agreements with the suppliers of these systems?

    Any emails from companies trying to sell me their systems will be promptly deleted.

    Hi Nathan,
    I have a tender document that I drew up when our council went to tender for GPS/ Telematics, due to budget constraints the tender and evaluation was put on hold.
