Hi mates, just wondering if anyone has and is willing to share a standard or example specification for a (commercial) building demolition project? It is desirable to have sections on making good services.

We intend to demolish an old supermarket building and build a town square on the resultant open space in one of our Main Streets.

NatSpec has specifications that cover demolition work.  That would be where I would start.
