    Good Morning Everyone,

    Could anyone can pass me unit rates for water and sewerage assets from recently audited asset valuation. I am preferred for neighbour council rates & any NSW councils are ok.

    Thank you in advance.

    A valuable resource is but needs to be indexed to 2017 values:

    Hi Grant,

    I've seen your message & wanted to ask If Cordells or Rawlinsons Construction Cost Guide is a suitable source for the indexation of the 2014 Reference rates Manual numbers, or if NOW have their own recommended indexation rates & if so where I might find them ?

    Appreciate your feedback

    Regards
    David

    Hello David,

    NOW (DPI Water) have their own recommended indexation rates in an appendix in their manual which is updated in May of each year.  The manual is available on their website

    @Grant Sheldon
    Good reference, thanks!
    All AUD (A$, AU$) pricing, assumably.
    How stable is this over time in comparison with for example US$?
    All this in the framework of long term forecasting.
    (in some cases the volatility of currency can introduce larger uncertainties than the calculation of the effort & materials)
