    Hi Greg

Logan City Council use Tech 1 CI anywhere we have been using it for over 2 years now. Our finance team maintain the system for us. They would be the best ones to reach out to.

Coffs Harbour have been running Timesheets and HR on CiA since 2016.

We now use Purchasing in 2020A and working toward Assets, Work and Project Management.
    PLM & SAM this year.
    Upgrade compatibility has been restrictive.

    Hi Greg,

We're currently in the process of transitioning from Ci to CiA for EAM, but we have had Fleet running in Ci for a few years now, so happy to have a chat if still required?

    Hi Greg,

QPRC adopted the Techone OneCOuncil approach 4 years ago which included a separate Fleet register within the Asset Module.  Council choose to implement the CES version at the time.

Unfortunately, lack of internal engagement and understanding (Fleet/Assets/Fiance/General Users) reduced the understanding of the system and we quickly reverted back to old practices. - Running Fleet through the PJ Ledger codes as this was a known process for our staff.

The best guidance I can offer is to ensure you fully engage with end users within Council and ensure you fully understand and promote the required outcomes to be delivered do to the change.  This needs to include your asset hierarchy and how this relates to the GL.

From my point of view, there is no reason the T1 CiA system cannot effectively be used.  We are currently pushing internally to move to CiA.

    Hope this helps
