    If you are a IPWEA NZ member, employed full-time in a local authority or an organisation that owns and manages infrastructural assets (eg NZTA) and are 40 years of age or less on 31 December 2015 you may be interested in the Young Leaders Award below. Entries for these awards close on Friday 1 May 2015. AECOM/NZIM (Southern) Young Leaders Award For the 11th consecutive year AECOM in partnership with NZ Institute of Management (Southern) provides an expenses paid Award (with a value in excess of $6000) for attendance at a 4.5 day NZIM (Southern) management development programme which is held in Christchurch. The successful applicant may choose between 2 management development programmes. These 2 programmes are: (a) Transformational Leadership, and (b) Operational Excellence for Managers. This Award provides the opportunity for IPWEA NZ members to develop the skills and expertise necessary to enhance their senior management capability. In order to apply for this award you would need to be available to attend a programme that runs after the 2015 IPWEA NZ Conference but before the end of 2015. The award includes the 4.5 day management programme, accommodation and meals, but excludes the cost of travel to and from Christchurch.
