    Hi All,

We felt compelled to post this. Following is a part of a council's asset register post a valuation (not ours!). The register is dated but does reflect what some councils are trying to achieve. We can only  assume those councils struggling with their own financial performance measures would feel aggrieved with these sorts of efforts.

    Hi Martin,

Are you talking about residual (non-depreciable part)? To me it looks pretty high. Moreover, I would doubt that buildings component would have a residual at all.

    Cheers,
    Igor.
