Good dayIs anyone aware of a consistent condition scoring system for water mains similar to the WRc scoring you see with storm and sanitary mains?
As well, is anyone aware of a consistent scoring system for chambers/valves/ etc...preferably one that provides picture examples.
Hi Lucas,I would have hoped WSAA would have progressed on this document:
Condition Assessment Guidelines Stage 1 & 2 for Pressure Mainshttps://www.wsaa.asn.au/sites/default/files/publication/download/PPS1%20Condition%20Assessment%20Guidelines%20Stage%201%20and%202.pdfIf starting a system might be an idea to have look at failure modes of pipe from:https://www.wsaa.asn.au/sites/default/files/codes/downloads/Failure%20Mode%20Table%202012%20V8_0.pdfWSAA has a Condition Assessment Guidelines for Mechanical and Electrical Assets that uses a 1-5 where 1 is Good and 5 is imminent failure. Criteria and valves are included in Condition Assessment Guidelines but not concrete structures.Hope the above info helps:Ian Lee - Reliability / Maintenance Engineerwww.firstname.lastname@example.org+61 457 657 057
