    Dear Mates,

Looking for any QLD Council/Shire that has recent experience using an Ausroad Jetmaster or a Paveline Autopatch maintenance truck for rural road maintenance in Queensland.

    Hi David
having spent a long time advising councils all over Australia and New Zealand about infrastructure strategies I have learnt one thing about what the different maintenance methods between the two countries have produced. In New Zealand the surface condition of most council roads is way better than in Australia.
And the major maintenance difference? In NZ you'll never see any sort of jetpatcher on the roads.
My usual advice to Australian councils when advising how they can get the average condition of their roads to something approaching sustainability: bury the jetpatcher and fix the potholes properly.
