    Good Afternoon,

Currently working on creating a monitoring program for Park Infrastructure, mowing, inspections, etc.

Wondering what the best way to go about it would be?

Have a hierarchy and level of service to base priority and frequency from also.

Any ideas or past experience would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

We've seen some of our customers using geofences and reporting on geofence enter/exits for proof of activity and record keeping. Good examples for mowing include bounding parks or ovals that require regular mowing and setting up a report that highlights the frequency the tracked mowers have entered those areas. Additionally, some have tracked the productive utilisation on these sites by recording the amount of time within those geofences the mower blades were active.

All of this is easy enough to implement with a telematics solution.

    Hi Bruce,

We utilise an application called iAuditor from SafetyCulture.com.
It's a very flexible, low cost option, ideally suited for this purpose. The system produces a % score overall and by service sections. Once set up it is simple for anyone to use on iOS or Android mobile devices.

Bruce, Start with IPWEA Practice Notes 10.1 - 10.4. Parks Management. I've been using the IPWEA PN's as my reference for inspections and condition as an 'industry standard'. Same deal for the other PN's, even referencing them from my AMS's -still ongoing!
