    G'day Mates,

    I am wondering what your driver is for the imposing of any road safety requirements for development related works?

    • Do you have anything in applicable DCP's e.g carpark layouts, accesses, etc 
    • Do you have anything in your Engineering Requirements for Development?
    • Do you have anything in your Standard (model) Consent Conditions?
    • Others?

    Are these informed by your:

    • Road Safety Strategic Plan
    • Other Strategic Plan
    • Integrated Planning & Reporting requirements
    • The National Road Safety Strategic Plan
    • others

    In Far North Queensland we have the FNQROC Manual Guidelines which is made policy in the various Shires Planning Schemes - Refer to following link
